Новые клиенты
Отчет по Новым клиентам пригодится при открытии нового магазина или запуске/перезапуске программы лояльности.
Основная стратегия на этих этапах -> привлечь покупателей.
Метрики для отслеживания на старте:
- число “новых” клиентов,
- % прироста клиентской базы,
- рост числа чеков,
- рост выручки.
Что можно узнать из отчета по новым клиентам
Метрики по новым клиентам в следующих разрезах:
1. Место активации клиента
2. Дата и время активации
3. Данные по клиенту: ID, ФИО, Телефон, Email Пол, Дата рождения,
4. Баркод карты (при использовании карт).
Как сформировать отчет
1. Зайдите в раздел Меню: Аналитика → Новые клиенты.
2. На открывшейся странице в общих настройках задайте Период отчета.
3. Выберите Торговые точки для которых необходимо собрать данные в "Фильтры".
4. Нажмите Сформировать отчет.
5. Отчет можно скачать в виде файла Excel с помощью кнопки Скачать отчет.
